One character, easy to see
Upload a photo of yourself or a friend who already agreed. Head and shoulders, or a little more of the body, front or three-quarter, holds up better than a tiny figure in a wide shot. One character per photo.
Virale Vorlage
A vertical desk concert: the band moves behind a small desk, the camera cuts closer on the lead, and a sax comes in. Genjutsu AI keeps that motion and timing. Upload a photo of yourself or a friend who already agreed when you want a new look. The export is silent, so you add your own track.

Tiny Desk Outstanding AI
15s · 1,140 Credits · Seedance 2.5
Tiny Desk Outstanding AI is a Genjutsu AI photo-to-video template on genjutsuai.app. The reference clip is a short vertical desk concert, about 14.5 seconds: band motion behind the desk, a closer lead, and a sax. One photo changes the character and the look. The set, the motion, and the timing stay in the sample.
Anyone who wants that desk-concert motion with their own look, or with one friend who already agreed. There is one character slot. Skip the upload to watch the reference clip on its own.
The sample holds the band motion, the camera cuts, and when each move lands. A photo changes the character and the look. It leaves the desk and the timing alone. The export is silent. Add a track you have rights to after you download.
Hintergrund
On 5 June 2023, NPR Music published Charlie Wilson's Tiny Desk concert. The set closes on Outstanding, the 1982 Gap Band song Wilson sang lead on. The cramped desk, the band, and the camera cuts in that ending are the motion this template follows.
On 18 October 2026, TikTok @theburnerfromhe11 posted a short AI parody, https://www.tiktok.com/@theburnerfromhe11/video/7698160711830129934, captioned as a college-football all-loss Tiny Desk concert. The post called itself an AI parody of Tiny Desk: Charlie Wilson, and named Outstanding by the Gap Band as the song. The shape that spread is a desk concert: keep the motion, change the look.
This page is an independent fan-style remake. Genjutsu AI is not affiliated with NPR or Tiny Desk, and it is not Charlie Wilson or the Gap Band. The reference clip keeps the motion and the timing. The file you generate is silent, so add a track you have rights to, and say the result is AI when you post it.
So funktioniert es
01
This page opens with the Tiny Desk Outstanding AI clip already chosen. That file is the band motion, the camera cuts, and the length. Watch it above, then leave it in the panel. Credits appear once the length is known.
02
A photo is optional. With no photo, the template still generates from the sample. Upload one photo of yourself or a friend who already agreed when the character should change. One character per photo. Use a photo you have rights to, and confirm permission before Generate.
03
Press Generate. The button shows credits for this length and quality first. The export is silent. Download the clip and add a track you have rights to. The clip plays in the panel when it is ready. A failed job returns the credits.
Fototipps
The desk and the band motion are already in the sample. The still only has to show one character clearly enough for the look to change.
Upload a photo of yourself or a friend who already agreed. Head and shoulders, or a little more of the body, front or three-quarter, holds up better than a tiny figure in a wide shot. One character per photo.
Ordinary daylight or indoor light is enough. Heavy filters, strong blur, and a strong color cast fight the desk-concert look. Brighten a dark photo before you upload it.
The sample already has the desk, the instruments, and the cuts. A group photo makes the model guess which character leads. Generate a second clip if another friend who already agreed wants a turn.
Use your own photo, or one a friend already agreed to. Skip celebrities, strangers, and anyone underage. The result is an AI clip. Label it that way when you post it.
Credits
Einsatz
The motion and the timing stay. The look changes.
Upload a clear photo of yourself and leave the sample. You get a short vertical clip with the desk-concert motion and your look. The export is silent. Add a track you have rights to, and say it is AI when you post it.
One clip per friend who already agreed. Separate photos keep each character readable. Do not pull a still from someone who has not said yes.
Run two photos through the same sample when you want to see which look holds the band motion. The desk and the timing do not change.
Generate with no photo to watch the desk-concert motion, or to check credits and length. Add a photo on the next run if you want a new look.

The player at the top is the Tiny Desk Outstanding AI motion reference: a vertical desk concert, with the band motion and the camera timing left in the sample. Photo-to-video keeps that motion. An optional photo changes the character and the look. The same sample is loaded in the generator, so you can upload and render on this page. The export is silent.
Die anderen veröffentlichten Vorlagen nutzen dasselbe Foto-zu-Video-Studio. Jede hat ihren eigenen Beispielclip, und generiert wird auf ihrer Seite.
A Genjutsu AI photo-to-video template of a desk-concert band. The sample locks the motion and the timing. One photo can change the character and the look. The export is silent.
No. The desk concert generates from the template alone. Upload one photo of yourself or a friend who already agreed when a specific character should be in the clip.
The aim is to keep the sample's camera cuts and the timing of the band motion. A photo changes the look. It does not rebuild the set.
Look at the Generate button. The shipped sample is about 14.5 seconds. The price follows that length and the quality you pick, so 1080p costs more than 720p or 480p. An empty photo slot has no extra fee. A failed job returns the credits.
Yes. This template exports a silent clip. Add a track you have rights to after you download. The desk-concert motion and timing stay with the sample either way.
One character, easy to see, in plain light: a photo of yourself, or of a friend who already agreed. Skip group shots, heavy filters, and any photo you do not have permission to use. You can also generate with no photo.
No. The player is the motion reference for this Genjutsu AI template, an independent fan-style remake. Genjutsu AI is not affiliated with NPR or Tiny Desk. A generated file is an AI video. Do not post it as the original concert.
Yes. Remove the sample in the panel and upload a reference clip you have rights to. The credit price follows that file. If it is too long, the panel tells you the limit before a job starts.
