Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Genjutsu AI ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an AI content generation platform, including text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, and related creative tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Because the service generates AI media, you must not create, upload, request, share, or attempt to generate content in any of the following categories:

1. Sexual / NSFW content — Pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore — Graphic violence, severe injury, torture, or content that glorifies real-world harm.
3. Hate speech — Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
4. Child safety (CSAM) — Any sexual or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under, including fictional depictions. We have zero tolerance for this category.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation — Realistic depictions of real people used to deceive, defame, commit fraud, or imply endorsement without clear authorization and disclosure.
6. Intellectual property infringement — Content that copies or closely imitates copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected material without permission.

You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Platform Moderation

We may review prompts, uploads, and generated outputs using automated filters and human review. We may refuse, block, remove, or restrict content or features when we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Moderation may occur before or after generation and is not a guarantee that all prohibited content will be caught in advance.

User Reporting Channels

If you see illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content, or believe your rights have been infringed, report it by:

• Emailing support@genjutsuai.app with links, task IDs, screenshots, and a short description; or
• Opening a support ticket in your account at /settings/tickets.

We aim to acknowledge actionable reports within a reasonable time and may request more detail to investigate.

Violation Handling

Depending on severity and history, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the offending content;
• Warn your account;
• Suspend or permanently terminate access;
• Clear unused credits or refuse refunds where misuse is involved;
• Preserve records and report to law enforcement when required by law (especially child-safety cases).

Payment and Billing

Paid features and credit packs are billed in advance for the selected plan or purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs you lawfully generate for your own lawful purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, and uses do not infringe third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
